Dr. Lesley Williams is a board-certified family medicine physician and nationally recognized expert in eating-disorder–informed midlife care. She provides evidence-based, culturally responsive education on perimenopause, menopause, body image, and the responsible use of GLP-1 medications—empowering women and clinicians to navigate midlife with clarity and confidence. An engaging educator and author, Dr. Lesley wrote the award-winning children’s book Free to Be Me: Self-Love for All Sizes and contributed the medical chapter to How to Nourish Yourself Through an Eating Disorder.
